Creative Food Ventures is a commercial kitchen located in a community center in Ashe County, in the mountains of NC; Family Central is the nonprofit that manages the building CFV occupies. This professionally outfitted kitchen was designed for value-added producers to prepare, process, and package agricultural products for retail. The CFV kitchen was created in 2005 to be a small food business incubator for farmer’s market vendors and other producer-to-consumer food retailers. Contact: Ed Baker
